R E G U L A M E N T
RECOMANDARE:
– Postaţi materiale interesante care să fie de folos colegilor de pe secţiune!
– Nu postaţi materiale doar pentru a mări numărul de postări pe forum!
– Topicurile care aglomerează în mod nejustificat secţiunea vor fi şterse.
Pe secţiunea „Carti in limbi straine” se aplică regulile forumului prevăzute în topicurile:
REGULAMENTUL FORUMULUI ROMÂNIA INEDIT şi ROMÂNIA INEDIT FORUM REGULATION
La aceste prevederi regulamentare se adaugă următoarele reguli specifice acestei secţiuni:
■ 1. Downloadul trebuie să fie liber, fără nicio condiţie.
Se interzice postarea cărţilor pe hosturi care condiţionează downloadul de obţinerea unor conturi premium sau care cer înregistrarea pe acele hosturi.
Materialele uploadate pe hosturi care cer astfel de condiţii vor fi şterse fără avertizare.
■ 2. Se interzice postarea pe secţiune a materialelor cu conţinut pornografic, a celor care fac referire la consumul de droguri şi materialelor cu caracter rasist, xenofob sau antisemit.
■ 3. Nu se deschide topic nou doar pentru o singura carte sau un singur număr de revistă/publicaţie periodică.
La deschiderea unui topic nou, userul va posta un număr minim de 3 volume cărţi [reviste/publicaţii].
Topicurile care conţin o singură carte [revistă/publicaţie] vor fi şterse fără avertizare.
Recidiva se sancţionează cu banarea pe un anumit termen sau definitivă, după caz.
■ 4. Cărţile de beletristică se pot posta, la alegerea userului, fie pe topicuri tematice, fie pe topicuri de autor.
■ 5. Cărţile tehnice, ştiinţifice, enciclopedii, atlase... se postează în Topicuri Tematice.
Tematica trebuie să fie concretă, iar numele topicului suficient de sugestiv.
■ 6. Topicuri reviste/publicaţii periodice:
Titlul topicului trebuie să coincidă cu titlul revistei/publicaţiei.
Toate numerele revistei/publicaţiei vor fi postate în acelaşi topic, pe cât posibil în ordine cronologică.
■ 7. Eventualele discuţii „contradictorii” între useri sunt stopate cat de repede este posibil.
– Mesajele deplasate vor fi şterse imediat, userii atenţionaţi – o singură dată – să-şi rezolve diferendele prin MP.
– Recidiva se sancţionează cu banarea pe un anumit termen sau definitivă, după caz.

R E G U L A T I O N
RECOMMENDATION:
– Post interesting materials to be used by the colleagues from section!
– Do not post materials just to increase the number of posts on the forum!
– The topics overcrowding in an unjustified way the section will be deleted.
On the section “Books in foreign languages” are applied the forum general rules:
REGULAMENTUL FORUMULUI ROMÂNIA INEDIT and ROMÂNIA INEDIT FORUM REGULATION
and these, specific to this section:
■ 1. The download must be free, with no condition.
It is forbidden to post host books which condition downloading to obtain premium accounts or which require registering on those hosts.
The materials uploaded on the hosts which require such conditions will be deleted without warning.
■ 2. It is forbidden to post on the section:
– pornographic materials,
– materials which refer to drugs consumption,
– racist, xenophobic or anti-Semitic materials.
■ 3. It is not opened a new topic just for a one book or one magazine/ periodical.
To the opening of a new topic, the user will post a minimum of 3 volumes of books [magazine/ publication].
The topics containing on book [magazine/ publication] will be deleted without notice.
The second offence shall be punished with banning for a certain period or final, as applicable.
■ 4. Fiction books can be posted, at the user’s choice, be it on theme topics or author topics.
■ 5. Technical, scientific books, encyclopedias, atlases ….are posted on Theme Topics.
The theme should be concrete and the name of the topic suggestive enough.
■ 6. Magazines/ periodical topics:
The title of the topic must coincide with the title of the magazine/ publication.
All numbers of the magazine/ publication will be posted in the same topic, as much as possible on chronological order.
■ 7. Possible “contradictory” discussions between users are stopped as quickly as possible.
– Inappropriate messages will be immediately deleted, the users warned – one time only – to solve their differences by MP.
– The second offence shall be punished with banning for a certain period or final, as applicable.

– N’affichez pas des matériaux juste pour agrandir le nombre des posts sur le forum!
– Les topics qui surchargent inutilement la section seront supprimés.
Dans la section «Livres en langues étrangères» il sera appliqué le règlement du forum,

auquel on ajoute les règles suivantes spécifiques à cette section :
■ 1. Le téléchargement doit être libre, sans aucune condition.
Pour télécharger, il est interdit de poster des livres sur des hosts nécessitant l'obtention de certains comptes
premium ou nécessitant un enregistrement sur ces hosts.
Les matériaux chargés sur des hosts qui exigent ces conditions seront supprimés sans avertissement au
préalable.
■ 2. Il est interdit de poster toute communication ou de l'information qui est obscène, pornographique, raciste,
xénophobe, antisémite ou qui incite a la consommation de la drogue.
■ 3. Ne pas ouvrir un nouveau topic pour un seul livre ou un seul numéro de revue/ publication périodique.
A l’ouverture d’un nouveau topic, le nouveau membre va poster au moins 3 volumes [revues, publications].
Les topics qui contiennent un seul livre [revue, publication] seront supprimés sans avertissement au préalable.
En cas de non-respect des obligations visées, vous vous exposez à un bannissement définitif ou pendant un
certain temps.
■ 4. Postez les livres soit sur les topics thématiques, soit sur les topics d’auteur, selon votre choix.
■ 5. Postez les livres techniques, scientifiques, les encyclopédies, les atlas dans les Topics Thématiques.
Nous exigeons que la thématique soit concrète et le titre du topic suggestif.
■ 6. Topics revues/publications périodiques:
– Le titre du topic doit coïncider avec le titre de la revue/publication.
– Postez tous les numéros de la revue/ publication dans le même topic, en ordre chronologique, si possible.
■ 7. Nous nous réservons le droit de bloquer les discussions contradictoires entre les utilisateurs, de supprimer les
commentaires déplacés et de demander aux utilisateurs (une seule fois) de résoudre les différends par
messages privés.
En cas de récidive vous serez banni pendant un certain temps ou définitivement, selon le cas.
